Ernest Warhurst is a graduate of the law school who, in 1995, switched sides to begin representing policyholders. He relentlessly helps them navigate the claims process and the pursuit of getting more money in less time and hassle for their claims. In 2018 Gene Warhurst was named a Fellow of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). The CLM is an international alliance of more than 35,000 claims and litigation professionals from insurance companies, corporations, and law firms.
